We’ve now wrapped up our seventh and final Earlywork Academy cohort for the year!
Now, we’re in research & planning mode for 2024, exploring the path ahead for our core program, Singapore expansion, new roles, and changing how onboarding works for new SDRs. More to come 👀

What’s been happening with the team?
We announced our $1.5M seed round lead by No Brand! You’ve probably caught one of the 37 LinkedIn posts about this one by now, but here’s a rundown of some interviews and stories we had across the media (SMH/The Age | Startup Daily | AFR | Capital Brief) 🚀
Hosted our first Sales Club alumni event! One thing we’ve seen is that for someone going into their first tech sales role in a startup, it can be a daunting experience without other reps around you. To help our SDR alumni, we’ve launched Sales Club: hosting exclusive monthly Q&As with Australia’s top Account Executives. Senior Corporate Account Executive William Lee shared his story on what it takes to transition from SDR > AE, drawing on his experience at HubSpot and MongoDB.
Jono flew to Singapore to meet our graduates!! After wrapping up our first official cohort with Singapore graduates, Jono visited them IRL and met a bunch of tech sales legends.
